I have read this book, well over a year ago. I can tell you honestly that I hadn’t dealt with the death of my daughter very well from breast cancer. I constantly only thought of her suffering and horrible pain. She did have that. However, after reading this book I did not feel so alone, I realized so many other people suffer the same loss that I had, and how they were dealing with it. This book really helped me put the terrible loss in proper perspective. It allowed me to go on with my life and think of my beloved child as she would have wanted to be remembered, not like she was in the last stages of her life.
